1-Currency:

Our main currencies is GBP (£). Our main payment provider is Stripe and we accept more than 135+ currencies with a dozen local currencies not icluded in this number. If you are in a different currency you will see the amount of the product in your currency on your desktop or mobile screen. The amount of the product in your currency will appear near or below the amount of the main currency. You can continue with your purchase in your own currency which at the end of the process will convert automatically to our main currency, which never will effect you.

2- Placing Orders –

A-“Buy Now” Button

While searching the products you can either add your products to your cart or live a faster checkout experience by clicking the "buy now" button. If have limited time to finish your purchase and dont want to waste time with the cart page or will just buy a single product, we recommend to use this option.

For experiencing this fast checkout please click on product image while searching the product on the collection page which will direct you to the product page.

On product page you will see the full details of the prodcts with the different chekout options.

After clicking the “buy now” button you will be directed to the fastest checkout option according to your location and your financial records. Our payment provider is “Stripe” which gives us the opportunity to redirect our customers from credit card payment to bank transfers, from direct bank debits to pay later options and more.

You will see the button colour will change according to your payment option after clicking it.

If you have an active Paypal account you will see The Paypal checkout button additionally and the “Pay Later” option from Paypal if you are eligible.

Paypal is one of our primary payment provider and we are happy to offer this option to our customers.

B-Add to Cart

In case you want to checkout through more detailed option just click on the “add to cart” button and a mini cart will open giving you the opportunity to show you the total order quantity of each item together with the amount of products you have ordered. You can increase or reduce the amount of the products by using the +/- icons below the amount.

For giving you an uninterrupted surf experience on product pages selecting the “add to cart” option will not direct you to main cart page. You can continue your search experience while adding products to cart without leaving the collection page. Please select quantity and product specification befor clicking on cart.

By clicking on the product image you will land on the product page where you can also select “add to cart” without leaving the product page.

Tabbing on quick view will also direct you to mini cart page. By clicking “view details” on the mini cart page you will be directed to main cart page where you will see the full details of the product.

If you are not ready to buy for now but will search for your desired item later, you can add it to your wishlist by clicking on the heart icon at the top-right of the product.

3-View your Cart.

When you are ready to purchase the items that you have placed in your cart, you can simply click on the shopping bag icon located at the top right of the page or click on the view my cart icon on the checkout page and you will be directed to your cart. Check that you are happy with the products in your bag, you can add more items by clicking "continue shopping" icon at the top left of the checkout page at any stage of your checkout.

By viewing your chart you will see the order details of your purchase, including product details, shipping details and order summary. At the below part of the cart you will see products related to your purchase, you can select and add new products to your cart if you are interested.

You can scan the QR code of the product or request a link if you want to share your item, just click on the right below “get your QR code” text.

You can also share your desired product through whatsApp, facebook, linkedin or pinterest alternatively from product page.

You can reach our return & refund policy from the item description on the product page.

4-Checkout

When you are happy with your products in your cart, you can proceed to payment. Open the mini card by clicking quick view or “add to cart” icon and from the pop-up window please select “view cart”.

The main cart page opens. At the left side below you can see the promo code icon, please enter your promo (discount) code if you have one at this point. You also can add a note for us to for caring your puchase while handling and shipping.

For new members we have a 10% discount bonus, please copy the code from main page when you become a new member or the system will automatically send your code to webpage messaging which you will see the icon on the right downside which also will alert you with sound. Please don’t forget to use it.

If you want pay with PayPal simply select the yellow PayPal button to finish your payment and you will be directed to Paypal page to complete your payment.

If you want to pay with credit or debit card, cash payments, iDeal, direct bank transfers or mobile payments for some countries proceed by clicking the blue checkout button.

It also gives us the opportunity to offer our customers from credit card payment to bank transfers, from direct bank debits top uy now pay later options and more.

At the right side you will see your order summary at the right part and your shipping and VAT details together with your subtotal and total amount.

You can delete the selected products from the cart by clicking on the “x” on the left top-side of the product side of the cart page. Below you can see the related products which you are able to add.

Your location address will also be visible at that point which we see under shipping text.
You still can enter the promo code if you have any at this stage.

You will see the “Free” option on shipping details which is selected by default which we offer to all our customers.

By clicking checkout you resume to Shipping Details and a new window opens.

5-Shipping Details

By continiuing to checkout a new page will open and here you will see your order summary at the right part and your shipping and VAT details. You still can enter the promo code if you have any at this stage.

Simply enter your shipping details for your order, please note that the areas with the stars are mandatory for shipping the products to the right address. After entering your details click continue.

6-Delivery Method

With continuing you will see the delivery method is already selected by default in which we are offering free shipping except Art Store products. Click continue.

7-Payment

When you continue you will see the payment instructions. At this stage you can redeem your gift card by clicking the 'Redeem a gift card' button. For more details about gift cards please check out our gift card section on FAQ or from here.

Our standard credit and debit cards payment is selected by default but if you prefer a different payment method like cash payments, iDeal, direct bank transfers or mobile payments or PayPal click the circle at the right of the related payment service, you will be redirected to their payment page for completing your payment.

If you are happy with our standard credit and debit card payment just enter your card details and proceed.

For bank transfers select ´Cash Payments´ and you will be directed to bank transfers page to complete your payment. For mobile payments select Rapyd and you will be directed to their payment page for completing your payment.

Enter your promo code (discount code) before selecting a payment method.

If your billing address is different than your shipping address please click the same as shipping address icon which is selected by default and enter your billing address.

8-Review & Place Order

Click 'Review & Place Order', check all your details again and click 'Place Order'.

And that's all, you're done!

If you don't want to waste time with entering your shipping and billing details next time on checkout, you can "log in" in any stage from the checkout page. We never save any of your card details. We only save your address details for giving you a faster checkout experience for the next time.

9. Amending orders

We are not able to amend orders once confirmed.

Once you have confirmed your order online, it is immediately directed to our warehouse for processing. This is a seamless process that takes place via our API and computer systems; this means that we are not able to amend any orders. Once you have received your order, if you decide an item(s) is not suitable, you can return it. Please refer to section 4. Returns.

10.. Cancelling orders

Once you have completed your order at checkout, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing, so we are not able to cancel orders after they have been placed. If you change your mind and decide you do not want your order and wish to cancel, you will need to return the whole order once it has been delivered to you. Please follow the instructions in section 4. Returns.

In accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations, you have 14 days from the first day that you receive the goods to return your items. Should you decide to return your whole order within 14 days, we will refund you in full for the item(s) including the original shipping charge. Please note we only refund the standard delivery amount. We do not refund express delivery charges. Your refund will be processed once the goods have returned to Us.

The Consumer Contract Regulations applies to EU countries only.
